With its vintage details, convenient location, and country charm, our event room is the perfect space to host your get-together!
Events
Seriously, we can host nearly any event you can think of: parties, reunions, wedding and baby showers, meetings, business luncheons, music recitals, book signings, art shows, comedy hours, book clubs, knitting circles... the list goes on and on!
Are you an artist interested in presenting classes? We'd enjoy discussing the possibilities with you! Our past classes have included painting, stained glass, wood working, and chalk art.
Catering Options
A definite perk of meeting at VC is the in-house coffee bar! We can have a skilled barista on hand to make drinks for your guests. Choose one tab or let guests pay individually.
For more formal fare, VC is excited to partner with All In Flavor, our talented local caterers. They can prepare a delicious menu for you!
Capacity
We are currently updating the seating in the event room. We will post our new maximum capacity figures soon.
At present, we can accommodate up to 50 guests.
Due to the vintage nature of the hardwood floors, we require that shoes stay on guests' feet so no one gets a splinter. Please refrain from running, jumping, and vigorous dancing!
Decor
Our experienced decorators are available to create a classy look for your event. For an additional fee, we can provide decor, table settings, and more! Or you are welcome to go full DIY and bring your own decorations.

Pricing
The event room may be rented for a minimum of two hours. Additional time may be added as well.
Pricing for 2024 is $100 for the first two hours, and an additional $25 per hour after that.
Every event is unique, so we look forward to discussing additional fees for catering, decor, and open coffee bar based on your wishes.
Rental payment in full is due before the event to reserve the date.
